Weight Watchers English Muffin Pizza

Sometimes the best meals are the ones that take just a few minutes to make but still taste like a treat. These Weight Watchers English Muffin Pizzas deliver all the comfort of classic pizza—melty cheese, warm tomato sauce, and those toasty edges—without the heavy points. They’re quick, customizable, and perfect for lunch, a light dinner, or even a snack when cravings strike. Best of all, they feel indulgent while staying totally on track.

Ingredients (makes 1–2 servings)

  • 1 whole wheat English muffin, split

  • ¼ cup pizza sauce (or marinara)

  • ¼ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

(Optional toppings: turkey pepperoni, veggies, basil—add according to your plan points.)

Instructions

  1. Toast the muffin
Lightly toast the English muffin halves so they don’t get soggy.

  2. Assemble the pizzas
Spread each half with pizza sauce, then sprinkle evenly with mozzarella. Add any optional toppings you like.

  3. Bake or air-fry

    • Oven: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

    • Air fryer: Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 4–6 minutes.

  4. Serve and enjoy
Let cool slightly and enjoy your crispy, cheesy mini pizzas.

Estimated WW Points (per muffin half)
