Try this tortilla egg bake, beware that low carb tortillas brown faster. 😬😬

I used 1 tortilla which is one weight watchers point and the cheese was two points in a 7×5 dish.

Sprayed a Pyrex with cooking spray. Add 1 tortilla.

2 eggs,
scoop of ff cottage cheese,
and desired mix-ins (mine were red bell pepper/green onion/mushroom).
Season.
Mix.
topped with fat free shredded cheese.
Bake at 400 for approx 15ish mins give or take.
