WW 2pt Twix Jar Recipe
Ingredients
The Base (1 pt): 1 cup of Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp of Sugar-Free Vanilla or Cheesecake Pudding Mix.
The Caramel (0 pts): 1-2 tbsp of Sugar-Free Salted Caramel Syrup (like Jordan’s Skinny Syrups or Torani).
The Crunch (1 pt): 2 Low-fat Graham Cracker Squares (crushed) or 1 sheet of chocolate/honey graham crackers.
The Chocolate (0 pts): A drizzle of Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup (like Hershey’s Zero Sugar) or a dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Instructions
Prep the Cream: In a small bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt and sugar-free pudding mix together until smooth.
Layer the “Shortbread”: Take a small jar or ramekin. Place half of your crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
Add the “Caramel”: Spoon half of the yogurt mixture over the crackers, then drizzle with half of the sugar-free caramel syrup.
Repeat: Layer the remaining graham crackers, the rest of the yogurt, and top with the remaining caramel.
Finish: Top with a drizzle of sugar-free chocolate syrup.
Chill: For the best “Twix” experience, let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This allows the graham crackers to soften slightly into a “cookie” texture.
