WW Friendly Zero-Carb Carnivore Bread

🔹
Ingredients: (Makes about 12 slices) •

🥚
8 large eggs •

🧈
2 tbsp butter (melted) – use light butter to lower WW points •

🍶
2 tbsp cream cheese – fat-free or light version recommended •

🧂
½ tsp salt •

🥄
1 tsp baking powder (optional, for texture) •

🧀
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for flavor) ⸻

🔹
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 170°C / 340°F. 2. Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls. 3. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form (this gives the bread a fluffy texture). 4. In another bowl, whisk together the yolks, melted butter, and cream cheese. Add salt (and Parmesan if using). 5. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture, being careful not to deflate it. 6. Pour into a greased loaf pan. 7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden on top and firm in the center. 8. Let it cool completely before slicing into 12 pieces. ⸻

🔹
Storage: • Refrigerator: up to 5 days (airtight container) • Freezer: up to 2 months (toast before serving) ⸻

🔹
/ Points: • Per slice: 0–1 Point (Depends on whether you use light or full-fat butter/cream cheese) ⸻

🔹
Tips:

👉
Perfect as a sandwich bread or burger bun substitute.

👉
For a slightly more “bread-like” texture, you can add 1 tbsp whey protein isolate or gelatin powder — still 0 carbs.
