Ingredients

  • 1–2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (or fat-free yogurt)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tsp zero-calorie sweetener (stevia/monk fruit), to taste
  • Optional: a splash of lemon juice
  • Optional toppings: extra strawberries, mint leaves, sugar-free syrup drizzle

Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries
    Slice fresh strawberries and let them sit for a few minutes so they release a little juice.
  2. Make the cream base
    In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweetener until smooth and creamy.
  3. Assemble
    Layer strawberries and cream in a bowl or glass:
    • Strawberries
    • Yogurt cream
    • Repeat layers if desired
  4. Chill or serve immediately
    You can eat it right away or chill for 10–15 minutes for a thicker, dessert-like texture.
