🥟 Dumplings

  • 1 package dumplings (vegan potstickers, gyoza, or wontons)

  • Cook according to package directions (boiled, steamed, or pan-fried)


🌶️🥜 Spicy Nut Sauce

  • ½ cup peanut butter or cashew butter

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

  • 1–2 tbsp chili garlic sauce or sriracha

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 2–4 tbsp warm water (to thin)

Whisk until smooth and creamy.


🥬 Optional Add-Ins

  • Steamed bok choy or spinach

  • Sliced scallions

  • Toasted sesame seeds

  • Chili crisp


🔥 Assemble

  1. Place hot dumplings in a bowl or skillet.

  2. Spoon spicy nut sauce generously over top.

  3. Toss gently to coat or serve sauce pooled underneath.

  4. Garnish and serve immediately.
