Crustless Pizza Bake
Ingredients

2 cups marinara or pizza sauce

1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella (or vegan mozzarella if desired)

½ cup pepperoni, sausage, or mushrooms (vegan or regular)

½ cup bell peppers, diced

¼ cup red onion, sliced

½ cup olives (optional)

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.

Spread 1 cup sauce on the bottom.

Layer half the cheese, then all toppings.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

Add remaining sauce and cheese.

Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.

Rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Low-carb: Add roasted zucchini or cauliflower as the base.

Protein-packed: Add cooked ground meat or plant-based crumbles.

White pizza: Use garlic cream sauce instead of marinara.
