  • 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, well-drained)

  • Β½ cup thick cream
    (or coconut cream / vegan cream for dairy-free)

  • 2–3 tbsp condensed milk or sugar (to taste)

  • ΒΌ tsp vanilla essence (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional add-ins: chopped nuts, raisins, or cherries


🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep pineapple
    If using fresh pineapple, chop into small bite-size pieces.

  2. Mix cream
    In a bowl, whisk cream, condensed milk (or sugar), vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

  3. Combine
    Gently fold pineapple into the cream mixture.

  4. Chill
    Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving for best taste.
