Ingredients

2 tbsp coconut flour

¼ cup cold butter (cubed)

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Optional topping: flaky salt or sesame seeds
Instructions

Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly.

Add egg and vinegar; form a dough.

Roll thin between parchment papers.
