Keto Sausage Cream Cheese Pinwheels
🥣 Ingredients (serves ~4–6)

1 lb (450 g) ground sausage
(pork, chicken, or turkey – no added sugar) -
4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp black pepper
-
Optional: chili flakes or paprika
🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven
Preheat to 190°C / 375°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. -
Cook sausage
Cook sausage in a pan until fully browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly. -
Mix filling
In a bowl, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and spices. -
Form pinwheels

Place mixture on parchment paper

Shape into a tight log

Roll and smooth evenly

Bake for 20–25 minutes until firm and golden. -
Slice & serve
Cool 5 minutes, then slice into pinwheels.
