1ยฝ tsp coarse black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

Lemon-Pepper Butter (optional but amazing):

3 tbsp butter, melted

Zest of 1 lemon

1โ2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (to taste)

Dry wings well with paper towels (very important).

Toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, and all spices.

Place on a wire rack over a baking tray.

Bake at 220ยฐC / 425ยฐF for 40โ45 minutes, flipping halfway, until deeply golden and crispy.

Cook at 200ยฐC / 400ยฐF for 18โ22 minutes, shaking halfway.

Mix melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, and extra pepper.
