Keto Greek Chicken Gyros with Cucumber Tzatziki

🐔 Greek Chicken

700 g (1½ lb) boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

3 cloves garlic, minced

1½ tsp dried oregano

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp cumin
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp salt
🥒 Keto Tzatziki

1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

½ cucumber, grated & squeezed dry

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 clove garlic, minced
-
Salt to taste

1 tbsp fresh dill or mint (optional)
🌯 For Serving (Keto)

Romaine lettuce or low-carb wraps
-
Sliced tomatoes
-
Red onion (small amount)
-
Olives
-
Feta cheese
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate Chicken

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt & pepper.

Coat chicken well and marinate at least 30 minutes (up to overnight).
2️⃣ Cook Chicken

Grill, pan-sear, or air-fry:

Pan: 5–6 minutes per side

Air fryer: 190°C / 375°F for 14–16 minutes

Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
3️⃣ Make Tzatziki

Combine all tzatziki ingredients until smooth.

Chill 15 minutes for best flavor.
🍽️ Assemble Gyros

Layer chicken into lettuce wraps

Add tzatziki, tomatoes, onion, olives & feta
-
Drizzle with olive oil or extra lemon
