Keto Greek Chicken Gyros with Cucumber Tzatziki

🧾 Ingredients (4 servings)

🐔 Greek Chicken

  • 700 g (1½ lb) boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1½ tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

🥒 Keto Tzatziki

  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

  • ½ cucumber, grated & squeezed dry

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or mint (optional)

🌯 For Serving (Keto)

  • Romaine lettuce or low-carb wraps

  • Sliced tomatoes

  • Red onion (small amount)

  • Olives

  • Feta cheese


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Marinate Chicken

  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt & pepper.

  • Coat chicken well and marinate at least 30 minutes (up to overnight).

2️⃣ Cook Chicken

  • Grill, pan-sear, or air-fry:

    • Pan: 5–6 minutes per side

    • Air fryer: 190°C / 375°F for 14–16 minutes

  • Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.

3️⃣ Make Tzatziki

  • Combine all tzatziki ingredients until smooth.

  • Chill 15 minutes for best flavor.


🍽️ Assemble Gyros

  • Layer chicken into lettuce wraps

  • Add tzatziki, tomatoes, onion, olives & feta

  • Drizzle with olive oil or extra lemon
