Keto Garlic Parmesan Broccoli

🧾 Ingredients (3–4 servings)

  • 3 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen, thawed & dried)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes (optional)

  • Optional: lemon zest or squeeze of lemon juice


👩‍🍳 Instructions

🔥 Oven Method (Best Crunch)

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.

  2. Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread in a single layer on a baking tray.

  4. Roast 15–18 minutes until edges are crispy.

  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle parmesan.

  6. Return to oven 3–5 minutes until cheese melts and browns.

  7. Finish with chili flakes or lemon if using.

🍳 Pan Method

  1. Sauté broccoli in olive oil over medium heat until tender-crisp.

  2. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

  3. Sprinkle parmesan, cover pan until melted.

  • Side for steak, chicken, or fish
