Keto Grilled Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

High Protein โ€ข Carb-Free

  • 900 g (2 lb) boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs, cubed

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ยฝ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ยฝ tsp paprika

  • ยฝ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • Optional: chili flakes or lemon zest

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parmesan, seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
