🧾 Ingredients (4–6 servings)

4 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds or half-moons

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

2 tbsp butter
-
2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & black pepper to taste

½ tsp paprika

Optional toppings: green onions, jalapeños
👩🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.

Lightly salt zucchini slices and let sit 10 minutes, then pat dry.

In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic briefly.

Stir in cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

In a bowl, combine zucchini, cheese sauce, half the bacon, and half the shredded cheese.

Transfer to a greased baking dish.

Top with remaining cheese and bacon.

Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Rest 5 minutes, then garnish and serve.
