🥄 Keto Ultra-Creamy No-Bake Dessert (Spoon-Soft)

🧾 Ingredients (2–3 servings)

  • ½ cup full-fat cream cheese, very soft

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2–3 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk-fruit

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Optional flavors (pick one):

  • Chocolate: 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Lemon: 1 tsp lemon juice + zest

  • Peanut butter: 1–2 tbsp natural peanut butter

  • Strawberry: 1–2 tbsp sugar-free strawberry syrup


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until completely smooth.

  2. Add sweetener, vanilla, salt, and optional flavor. Mix well.

  3. Slowly pour in heavy cream and beat until soft, fluffy, and spoon-soft.

  4. Taste and adjust sweetness.

  5. Chill 15–30 minutes (optional—but makes it extra dreamy).
