Ingredients

1Β½ cups plant milk (almond, soy, or oat)

1 tbsp sugar or maple syrup

1 tbsp oil (neutral or coconut)

Β½ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
Instructions

Whisk everything until smooth (or blend).

Heat a non-stick pan on medium and lightly grease.

Pour a thin layer of batter, swirl to spread.

Cook 30β40 seconds per side until lightly golden.

Stack and cover while you make the filling.

Ingredients

2 cups plant milk

3 tbsp cocoa powder
-
3 tbsp cornstarch
-
ΒΌ cup sugar or maple syrup
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
Pinch of salt
Instructions

Whisk all ingredients in a saucepan.

Cook on medium heat, whisking constantly.

After 5β7 minutes, it will thicken and turn glossy.

Remove from heat; let cool slightly.
