  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk everything until smooth (or blend).

  2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium and lightly grease.

  3. Pour a thin layer of batter, swirl to spread.

  4. Cook 30–40 seconds per side until lightly golden.

  5. Stack and cover while you make the filling.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plant milk

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 3 tbsp cornstarch

  • ΒΌ cup sugar or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a saucepan.
