🥗 Keto Chicken Bacon Caesar Salad

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1 grilled or pan-seared chicken breast, sliced

  • 3–4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy & crumbled

  • ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

  • Optional: keto croutons (or skip to stay very low-carb)

Instructions (Salad)

  1. Grill or pan-cook chicken with salt & pepper. Slice.

  2. Cook bacon until crispy; crumble.

  3. In a large bowl, add lettuce, chicken, bacon, and Parmesan.

  4. Toss with dressing just before serving.


🥄 Keto Caesar Dressing (No Sugar)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (full-fat, keto-friendly)

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan

  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1–2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (check low-carb label)

  • ½ tsp anchovy paste (optional but authentic)

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil (to thin, optional)

Instructions (Dressing)

  1. Whisk all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  2. Taste and adjust lemon, salt, or pepper.

  3. Chill 10 minutes for best flavor.
