🥗 Keto Chicken Bacon Caesar Salad
Salad Ingredients

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 grilled or pan-seared chicken breast, sliced

3–4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy & crumbled

¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Optional: keto croutons (or skip to stay very low-carb)
Instructions (Salad)

Grill or pan-cook chicken with salt & pepper. Slice.

Cook bacon until crispy; crumble.

In a large bowl, add lettuce, chicken, bacon, and Parmesan.

Toss with dressing just before serving.
🥄 Keto Caesar Dressing (No Sugar)
Ingredients

½ cup mayonnaise (full-fat, keto-friendly)

2 tbsp grated Parmesan
-
1–2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
1–2 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (check low-carb label)

½ tsp anchovy paste (optional but authentic)

Salt & black pepper to taste

1–2 tbsp olive oil (to thin, optional)
Instructions (Dressing)

Whisk all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust lemon, salt, or pepper.
