🍮 Keto Caramel Bottom French Toast Bake

6–8 slices keto bread, cubed

4 large eggs

¾ cup heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Chopped pecans or walnuts

Sugar-free whipped cream
Instructions

Make caramel
-
Melt butter over low heat.

Add sweetener and heavy cream.

Stir until smooth and glossy.

Remove from heat and mix in vanilla.

Prepare dish

Grease a baking dish.

Pour caramel evenly into the bottom.

Sprinkle nuts over caramel if using.

Add bread
-
Arrange keto bread cubes evenly over caramel.

Custard
-
Whisk eggs, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.

Pour over bread, pressing gently to soak.

Bake

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until set and golden.
