Frozen Blueberry Greek Yogurt Clusters
Ingredients (makes about 8–10 clusters)
1½ cups fresh blueberries
1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Line a tray
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix yogurt
In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla.
Add blueberries
Gently fold in the blueberries until well coated.
Form clusters
Spoon heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the lined tray.
Don’t flatten them — keep them slightly piled for that chunky cluster look.
Freeze
Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until completely solid.
Store
Transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen. Let sit 2–3 minutes before eating so they’re not rock hard.
Optional Chocolate Coating (Highly Recommended
)
Melt 1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate.
Dip frozen clusters into chocolate or drizzle over top.
Freeze again 10–15 minutes until set.
