Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

A super easy, crispy, and flavorful cauliflower recipe with simple pantry spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or thyme (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Cauliflower

  • Wash and dry the cauliflower well.
  • Cut into medium-sized florets for even cooking.

2. Season

In a large bowl, combine:

  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Add cauliflower florets and toss until fully coated.

If using Parmesan, mix half now and save half for topping later.


3. Preheat the Air Fryer

Preheat to:

  • 190°C / 375°F for 3–5 minutes

4. Air Fry

  • Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Do not overcrowd.

Cook at:

  • 190°C / 375°F for 12–15 minutes

Shake the basket halfway through cooking.

For extra crispy edges, cook 2–3 minutes more.


5. Finish & Serve

  • Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top while hot.
  • Garnish with parsley or thyme.

Serve immediately.


Optional Add-Ons

You can also add:

  • Chili flakes for heat
  • Lemon juice after cooking
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Breadcrumbs for extra crunch
