Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower Recipe
A super easy, crispy, and flavorful cauliflower recipe with simple pantry spices.
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp ground cumin (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or thyme (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Cauliflower
- Wash and dry the cauliflower well.
- Cut into medium-sized florets for even cooking.
2. Season
In a large bowl, combine:
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Cumin
- Salt
- Black pepper
Add cauliflower florets and toss until fully coated.
If using Parmesan, mix half now and save half for topping later.
3. Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat to:
- 190°C / 375°F for 3–5 minutes
4. Air Fry
- Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Do not overcrowd.
Cook at:
- 190°C / 375°F for 12–15 minutes
Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
For extra crispy edges, cook 2–3 minutes more.
5. Finish & Serve
- Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top while hot.
- Garnish with parsley or thyme.
Serve immediately.

- Chili flakes for heat

- Breadcrumbs for extra crunch
