Air Fryer Spicy Beef Noodles

🛒 Ingredients

For the Beef (Air Fryer)

  • 250–300g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (optional)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes or chili paste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Black pepper

For the Noodles

  • 200g thick noodles (udon or flat noodles work best)

For the Sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce (for color, optional)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1–2 tbsp chili oil (adjust to spice level)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp noodle cooking water

🔥 Air Fryer Instructions (Beef)

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F)
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chili, sesame oil, and pepper
  3. Spread the beef evenly in the air fryer basket (use parchment or foil if needed)
  4. Cook for 8–10 minutes, breaking it up halfway through, until browned and slightly crispy

🍳 Noodles & Assembly

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions
  2. Reserve a little noodle water, then drain
  3. Make sauce in a bowl by mixing all sauce ingredients
  4. Combine everything
    • Toss hot noodles with sauce
    • Add air-fried beef
    • Mix well until glossy and coated

🍽️ Optional Toppings

  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Extra chili oil
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Soft-boiled egg

💡 Tips

  • For extra crispy beef bits, cook 1–2 minutes longer
  • Add sautéed onions or peppers for more texture
  • If noodles look dry, add a splash more noodle water or chili oil
