🥚🧀 Keto Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese

  • ¼ cup heavy cream (optional, for extra softness)

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • ¼ tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)

  • Optional add-ins: spinach, mushrooms, green onions, turkey bacon


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.

  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs with cottage cheese and heavy cream until combined
    (blend if you want ultra-smooth texture).

  3. Stir in shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and any add-ins.

  4. Pour mixture into baking dish.

  5. Bake 30–35 minutes, until set in the center and lightly golden on top.

  6. Rest 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
