🥩🥬 Keto Ground Beef & Chopped Cabbage Skillet

Ingredients

  • 500 g (1 lb) ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)

  • 4 cups green cabbage, chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional—keep small for keto)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire (optional, keto-friendly)

  • ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
