A high-protein, low-carb bowl inspired by the classic burger flavors of a Big Mac — without the bun. Loaded with seasoned beef, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and a creamy homemade burger sauce.

For the Beef

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Bowl Base
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (optional)
Homemade Big Mac Style Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle relish (sugar-free if possible)
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Optional Toppings
- sesame seeds
- crispy bacon
- jalapeños
- avocado slices
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Beef
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and break it apart.
Cook:
- 6–8 minutes
Until browned.
- Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add:
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- paprika
Cook another:
- 1–2 minutes
Step 2: Make the Sauce
In a small bowl whisk together:
- mayonnaise
- sugar-free ketchup
- mustard
- relish
- vinegar
- paprika
- garlic powder
- onion powder
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Step 3: Assemble the Bowls
Divide into bowls:
- lettuce
- cooked beef
- cheddar cheese
- pickles
- onions
- tomatoes (optional)
Step 4: Add Sauce
Drizzle generously with Big Mac style sauce.
Optional:
- sprinkle sesame seeds on top for burger flavor.
