Ingredients

Chicken Filling

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced small

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cheese Mixture

  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons light cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

Wraps

  • 4 low-carb or whole wheat tortillas

  • diced tomatoes
  • sautéed mushrooms
  • red chili flakes
  • green onions

Garlic Butter Finish

  • 1 tablespoon light butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Instructions

Step 1 — Cook Chicken

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.

Add chicken.

Season with:

  • paprika
  • Italian seasoning
  • onion powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Cook 6–8 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and lightly browned.

Add minced garlic during final minute.

Do not burn garlic.

Step 2 — Make Cheese Filling

Lower heat.

Add:

  • cream cheese
  • Greek yogurt

Stir until creamy.

Mix in mozzarella and cheddar.

Cook until melted and coated around chicken.

If mixture gets too thick:

  • add 1–2 tablespoons water or chicken broth

Step 3 — Assemble Wraps

Warm tortillas slightly.

Divide filling evenly among wraps.

Fold sides inward and roll tightly.

Step 4 — Toast Wraps

Place wraps seam-side down in dry skillet or grill pan.

Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Step 5 — Garlic Butter Finish

  • garlic
  • parsley

Brush lightly over hot wraps.
