Cheese Mixture

- 2 tablespoons light cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
Wraps
- 4 low-carb or whole wheat tortillas

Garlic Butter Finish
- 1 tablespoon light butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Instructions
Step 1 — Cook Chicken
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken.
Season with:
- paprika
- Italian seasoning
- onion powder
- salt
- pepper
Cook 6–8 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and lightly browned.
Add minced garlic during final minute.
Do not burn garlic.
Step 2 — Make Cheese Filling
Lower heat.
Add:
- cream cheese
- Greek yogurt
Stir until creamy.
Mix in mozzarella and cheddar.
Cook until melted and coated around chicken.
If mixture gets too thick:
- add 1–2 tablespoons water or chicken broth

Warm tortillas slightly.
