Keto Chicken, Zucchini & Fresh Corn Burgers
🧾 Ingredients (4–6 burgers)

500 g ground chicken

1 medium zucchini, grated & well squeezed dry

2–3 tbsp fresh corn kernels (optional – keep small for keto)

1 egg
-
½ cup almond flour (or crushed pork rinds for extra keto)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp paprika or chili powder

Salt & black pepper to taste

2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley or coriander)

2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for frying)
👩🍳 Instructions

Prep zucchini: Grate and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

Mix: In a bowl, combine chicken, zucchini, corn, egg, almond flour, spices, herbs, salt & pepper.

Shape: Form into burger patties.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat

Cook burgers 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through

Or bake at 200°C (400°F) for 18–20 minutes, flipping once
