🥬🍗 Keto Chinese Chicken Cabbage Stir-Fry
Ingredients

2 tbsp avocado oil or sesame oil

450 g (1 lb) chicken breast or thighs, thinly sliced

3 cups green cabbage, thinly shredded

1 cup napa cabbage (or more green cabbage)

1 small bell pepper, sliced (optional, keep light for keto)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp grated ginger
-
3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari (low-carb)

1 tsp rice vinegar
-
½ tsp white pepper or black pepper

½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

1 tsp sesame oil (finish)

Sesame seeds & green onions (optional)
Instructions

Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

Add chicken, season lightly with pepper, and stir-fry until cooked and slightly golden. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add garlic and ginger; sauté 15–20 seconds.

Add cabbage (and bell pepper if using). Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until just tender but still crisp.

Return chicken to pan. Add soy sauce and rice vinegar. Toss well.

Finish with sesame oil and chili flakes. Adjust seasoning.
