Creamy Chocolate Biscuit Air Fryer Dessert

Ingredients

  • 200g plain biscuits (like Marie or Digestive)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream (fresh or whipping cream)
  • 150g chocolate (dark or milk)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp butter

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare Biscuit Base

  • Break biscuits into small chunks (not powder).
  • Lightly dip them in milk (don’t soak too much).

2. Make Chocolate Cream

  • In a pan, heat cream + butter on low flame.
  • Add chocolate and stir until melted.
  • Mix in cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla.
  • Cook until smooth and slightly thick.

3. Mix

  • Combine biscuit pieces with chocolate cream.
  • Mix well so all biscuits are coated.

4. Air Fry

  • Transfer mixture into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
  • Smooth the top.
  • Air fry at 160°C for 10–12 minutes

5. Chill & Serve

  • Let it cool, then refrigerate for 1–2 hours
  • Cut into slices or scoop like pudding

✨ Tips

  • Add chopped nuts (almonds/walnuts) for crunch
  • Use dark chocolate for less sweetness
  • For extra creaminess, layer with whipped cream before chilling
