🥣 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

250 g (9 oz) mushrooms (button or cremini), sliced

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup heavy cream

¼ cup grated parmesan

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Optional: pinch of chili flakes, thyme, or parsley

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Melt butter.

Add mushrooms in a single layer.
Cook 5–7 minutes, undisturbed at first, until golden and moisture cooks off. -
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Lower heat. Stir in cream, salt, and pepper.

Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thick.

Add parmesan and stir until sauce is creamy and glossy.
