Ingredients

Yogurt Mixture

  • 1 1/2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar-free syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fruit

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Coating

  • 3/4 cup sugar-free or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Equipment

  • Baking tray or plate
  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowls
  • Spoon or cookie scoop

Instructions

Step 1 — Prepare Tray

Line tray or plate with parchment paper.

Make sure it fits inside freezer.

Step 2 — Make Yogurt Mixture

In bowl combine:

  • Greek yogurt
  • honey or sugar-free syrup
  • vanilla

Mix until smooth.

Step 3 — Add Blueberries

Fold blueberries gently into yogurt mixture.

If using frozen blueberries:

  • do not thaw fully
  • pat dry if icy

Step 4 — Form Clusters

Scoop small mounds onto lined tray.

Use about:

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons per cluster

Clusters do not need to look perfect.

Step 5 — Freeze

Freeze 1–2 hours until solid.

Step 6 — Melt Chocolate

In microwave-safe bowl combine:

  • chocolate chips
  • coconut oil

Microwave in 20-second intervals.

Stir until smooth.

Step 7 — Coat Clusters

Dip bottoms or drizzle tops with melted chocolate.

Place back on tray.

Step 8 — Freeze Again

Freeze another 15–20 minutes until chocolate hardens.

Storage

Store in airtight container in freezer up to:

  • 2 months

Separate layers with parchment paper.

Strawberry Cheesecake

Use:

  • diced strawberries
  • cheesecake-flavored yogurt
