🌱 Vegan Garlic & Butter Flatbread
Soft, fluffy, garlicky, and dangerously snackable. No oven needed!
🧾 Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¾ cup warm water (add gradually)

2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Butter Topping

3 tbsp vegan butter (melted)

3–4 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander/parsley

Optional: pinch of chili flakes
👩🍳 Instructions

Make the dough
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add olive oil and warm water slowly to form a soft dough.
Knead 3–4 minutes until smooth. Cover and rest 15 minutes. -
Shape
Divide into 6 balls. Roll each into a thin circle or oval. -
Cook
Heat a dry pan on medium-high. Cook each flatbread 1–2 minutes per side until bubbles form and golden spots appear. -
Garlic butter magic ✨
Mix melted vegan butter with garlic and herbs. Brush generously over hot flatbreads. -
Serve hot
