🌱 Vegan Garlic & Butter Flatbread

Soft, fluffy, garlicky, and dangerously snackable. No oven needed!

🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¾ cup warm water (add gradually)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Garlic Butter Topping

  • 3 tbsp vegan butter (melted)

  • 3–4 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander/parsley

  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make the dough
    Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add olive oil and warm water slowly to form a soft dough.
    Knead 3–4 minutes until smooth. Cover and rest 15 minutes.

  2. Shape
    Divide into 6 balls. Roll each into a thin circle or oval.

  3. Cook
    Heat a dry pan on medium-high. Cook each flatbread 1–2 minutes per side until bubbles form and golden spots appear.

  4. Garlic butter magic ✨
    Mix melted vegan butter with garlic and herbs. Brush generously over hot flatbreads.

  5. Serve hot
    Best eaten warm—straight from the pan 😋
