Instructions
1. Blend the dry ingredients
Add to a food processor:

If you don’t have a processor, use oat flour instead of rolled oats.
2. Add wet ingredients
Add:
- peanut butter
- honey/maple syrup
- vanilla extract
Blend until the mixture starts clumping together.
If dry or crumbly:
- add milk 1 tbsp at a time
The texture should feel like soft brownie dough.
3. Fold in mix-ins
Stir in:
- chocolate chips
- optional nuts or coconut
4. Shape the brownie bombs
Scoop about:
- 1 to 1½ tbsp mixture per ball
Roll tightly using your hands.
If sticky:
- lightly wet your hands
or - chill dough 10 minutes first.
5. Optional coating
Chocolate shell
Dip balls into melted dark chocolate and place on parchment paper.
Cocoa coating
Roll in cocoa powder for a truffle-style finish.
Nut coating
Roll in crushed almonds, peanuts, or pistachios.
6. Chill
Refrigerate:
