🧀🥬 Keto Artichoke Dip (Low-Carb)

🧺 Ingredients

  • 1 can (400 g / 14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained & chopped

  • 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Optional add-ins:

  • Pinch chili flakes 🌶️

  • Chopped spinach

  • A squeeze of lemon juice


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix the base
    In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

  2. Add flavor
    Stir in garlic, chopped artichokes, mozzarella, parmesan, salt, and pepper.

  3. Bake
    Transfer to a greased baking dish.
    Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

  4. Broil (optional)
    Broil 2–3 minutes for a golden top.

  5. Serve warm
    Let cool slightly before digging in 😍
