🧺 Ingredients

1 can (400 g / 14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained & chopped

225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

¾ cup shredded mozzarella

¼ cup grated parmesan

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional add-ins:

Pinch chili flakes 🌶️

Chopped spinach

A squeeze of lemon juice
👩🍳 Instructions

Mix the base
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. -
Add flavor
Stir in garlic, chopped artichokes, mozzarella, parmesan, salt, and pepper. -
Bake
Transfer to a greased baking dish.
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly. -
Broil (optional)
Broil 2–3 minutes for a golden top. -
Serve warm
