🧺 Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)

225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella

⅓ cup buffalo sauce (check for no added sugar)

1 tbsp butter, melted

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt (if needed)

👩🍳 Instructions

Mix base
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder until smooth. -
Add chicken & cheese
Stir in shredded chicken and half the cheese. -
Bake
Spread into a greased baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly. -
Finish & serve
Garnish with green onions. Serve hot.
