🦬🧀 Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip (Low-Carb)

🧺 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)

  • 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella

  • ⅓ cup buffalo sauce (check for no added sugar)

  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt (if needed)

Optional toppings:

  • Extra shredded cheese

  • Chopped green onions


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix base
    In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder until smooth.

  2. Add chicken & cheese
    Stir in shredded chicken and half the cheese.

  3. Bake
    Spread into a greased baking dish.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.

  4. Finish & serve
    Garnish with green onions. Serve hot.
