  • 450 g (1 lb) raw shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • Salt & black pepper

  • 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ยฝ tsp red chili flakes (optional)

  • ยฝ cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed, drained & sliced)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ยฝ cup chicken or seafood broth

  • ยฝ cup grated parmesan

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • ยฝ tsp Italian seasoning


๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions

  1. Season shrimp
    Pat shrimp dry. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Sear shrimp
    Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    Cook shrimp 1โ€“2 minutes per side until just pink.
    Remove and set aside.

  3. Build the sauce
    In the same pan, add garlic and chili flakes. Sautรฉ 30 seconds.
    Add sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning.

  4. Cream it up
    Pour in cream and broth. Simmer 3โ€“4 minutes until slightly thick.

  5. Cheese + greens
    Stir in parmesan until melted.
    Add spinach and let it wilt.

  6. Finish
    Return shrimp to pan. Simmer 1โ€“2 minutes.
    Taste and adjust salt/pepper.
