🌶️🧀 Keto Jalapeño Cheese Bread (Low-Carb)

🧺 Ingredients

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1–2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds out = mild)

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp salt

Optional topping:

  • Extra cheese

  • Sesame seeds or everything seasoning


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Melt cheeses
    Melt mozzarella and cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Make dough
    Stir in almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and eggs.
    Fold in chopped jalapeños.

  3. Shape
    Spread dough into a small greased loaf pan or shape into a round on a lined tray.

  4. Top
    Sprinkle extra cheese or seasoning if using.

  5. Bake
    Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes (loaf)
    or 20–25 minutes (round) until golden.

  6. Cool slightly & slice
    Let rest 10 minutes for best texture.
