Keto Garlic Bread

🧄🍞 Keto Garlic Bread (Low-Carb & Cheesy)

🧺 Ingredients

Keto bread base (fathead):

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • ¾ cup almond flour

  • 1 egg

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

Garlic topping:

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan

  • Pinch salt


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make the dough
    Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth.
    Mix in almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt to form dough.

  2. Shape bread
    Roll dough between parchment into a rectangle or loaf shape.
    Place on lined baking tray.

  3. Bake base
    Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.

  4. Add garlic topping
    Mix butter, garlic, parsley, parmesan, and salt.
    Spread generously over baked bread.

  5. Final bake
    Return to oven for 5–8 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  6. Slice & serve
    Best enjoyed hot with extra butter 😍
