🧄🍞 Keto Garlic Bread (Low-Carb & Cheesy)
🧺 Ingredients
Keto bread base (fathead):

1½ cups shredded mozzarella

2 tbsp cream cheese
-
¾ cup almond flour
-
1 egg
-
½ tsp baking powder
-
¼ tsp salt
Garlic topping:

3 tbsp melted butter
-
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
-
2 tbsp grated parmesan
-
Pinch salt
👩🍳 Instructions

Make the dough
Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth.
Mix in almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt to form dough. -
Shape bread
Roll dough between parchment into a rectangle or loaf shape.
Place on lined baking tray. -
Bake base
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden. -
Add garlic topping
Mix butter, garlic, parsley, parmesan, and salt.
Spread generously over baked bread. -
Final bake
Return to oven for 5–8 minutes until bubbly and golden. -
Slice & serve
Best enjoyed hot with extra butter 😍
