Keto Beef & Bean Gratin
🥣 Ingredients (serves 4)

1 lb (450 g) ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup black soybeans (drained)
or 1½ cups green beans, blanched -
½ cup heavy cream

½ cup cream cheese
-
1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)

1 tsp paprika
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
Salt, to taste
Optional: chili flakes, Italian seasoning, mushrooms
🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven
Preheat to 190°C / 375°F. Grease a baking dish. -
Cook beef
Heat oil in a pan. Brown ground beef until cooked.
Add onion (if using) and garlic; cook 1–2 minutes. -
Make it creamy
Lower heat. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. -
Add beans & cheese
Mix in soybeans or green beans, paprika, pepper, and salt.
Stir in half the shredded cheese. -
Bake
Transfer to baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden. -
Rest & serve
Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
