Mix dry ingredients
In a microwave-safe mug, mix almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, spice, and salt. -
Add wet ingredients
Add egg, pumpkin purée, butter, and vanilla.
Mix until smooth. -
Microwave
Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds until set in the center. -
Cool slightly & enjoy
Let rest 1 minute before eating.
