Beef layer:

Big Macโstyle sauce:

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp yellow mustard

1 tsp sugar-free ketchup

1 tbsp finely chopped pickles

ยฝ tsp vinegar or pickle juice

Pinch paprika
Toppings:

Chopped lettuce

Pickle slices

Optional: extra cheese slice (keto)

Make chaffles
Mix cheese, egg, and garlic powder.
Cook in a preheated waffle maker until golden and crispy (3โ4 min). -
Cook beef
Pan-fry ground beef with salt, pepper, and paprika until browned.
Break it up smallโBig Mac style. -
Mix sauce
Stir all sauce ingredients until smooth. -
Assemble
Chaffle โ beef โ sauce โ lettuce โ pickles โ beef โ sauce โ chaffle. -
Serve hot
Slice in half and enjoy immediately ๐
