Keto Jalapeño Pizza Bites

Ingredients

1½ cups shredded mozzarella (low-moisture)

2 oz cream cheese

¾ cup almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp salt

¼ cup pickled jalapeños, finely chopped

¼ cup pepperoni slices, chopped (optional)

2 tbsp grated parmesan
Topping

¼ cup shredded mozzarella

1–2 tbsp sugar-free pizza sauce

Extra jalapeños (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together in the microwave, stirring until smooth.

Mix in almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt until a dough forms.

Fold in jalapeños, pepperoni, and parmesan.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Place on baking sheet and gently flatten.

Top each bite with a small amount of pizza sauce, mozzarella, and jalapeño slices.

Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Cool 5 minutes before serving.
