Keto Stir-Fry Bowl
🥣 Ingredients (serves 2–3)

2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

1 lb (450 g) protein: chicken, beef strips, shrimp, or tofu

1 cup broccoli florets

½ bell pepper, sliced

1 small zucchini, sliced
-
1 cup mushrooms
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
Keto Stir-Fry Sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
-
1 tbsp sesame oil
-
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
-
1 tsp erythritol (optional)
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Optional toppings: sesame seeds, spring onions
🍳 Instructions

Cook protein
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan or wok.
Cook protein until browned. Remove and set aside. -
Stir-fry veggies
Add remaining oil.
Stir-fry broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, and bell pepper for 3–4 minutes. -
Add aromatics
Add garlic and ginger; cook 30 seconds. -
Combine
Return protein to pan.
Pour in sauce and toss to coat evenly. -
Serve
Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds or spring onions.
