Keto Stir-Fry Bowl

🥣 Ingredients (serves 2–3)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

  • 1 lb (450 g) protein: chicken, beef strips, shrimp, or tofu

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • ½ bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 small zucchini, sliced

  • 1 cup mushrooms

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp grated ginger (optional)

Keto Stir-Fry Sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice

  • 1 tsp erythritol (optional)

  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Optional toppings: sesame seeds, spring onions


🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook protein
    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan or wok.
    Cook protein until browned. Remove and set aside.

  2. Stir-fry veggies
    Add remaining oil.
    Stir-fry broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, and bell pepper for 3–4 minutes.

  3. Add aromatics
    Add garlic and ginger; cook 30 seconds.

  4. Combine
    Return protein to pan.
    Pour in sauce and toss to coat evenly.

  5. Serve
    Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds or spring onions.
