Instructions

1. Make the Marinade

In a large bowl whisk together:

  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Lemon zest

  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Parsley

2. Marinate the Chicken

  • Add chicken and coat thoroughly.
