Keto Oven-Baked Cabbage Burgers
🥣 Ingredients (serves 4)

1 lb (450 g) ground beef, chicken, or turkey

2 cups finely shredded cabbage (squeezed dry)

1 large egg
-
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

2 tbsp almond flour (or crushed pork rinds)

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

Salt, to taste
Optional add-ins: onion powder, chili flakes, herbs
🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven
Preheat to 190°C / 375°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. -
Mix burger mixture
In a bowl, combine meat, cabbage, egg, cheese, almond flour, garlic, and spices.
Mix gently (don’t overwork). -
Shape burgers
Form into 6–8 flat patties and place on tray. -
Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping once halfway, until cooked through and lightly golden. -
Optional cheese melt
Add extra cheese on top during last 3 minutes.
