Oven-Baked Cabbage Burgers

Keto Oven-Baked Cabbage Burgers

🥣 Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef, chicken, or turkey

  • 2 cups finely shredded cabbage (squeezed dry)

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

  • 2 tbsp almond flour (or crushed pork rinds)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Salt, to taste

Optional add-ins: onion powder, chili flakes, herbs


🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat to 190°C / 375°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Mix burger mixture
    In a bowl, combine meat, cabbage, egg, cheese, almond flour, garlic, and spices.
    Mix gently (don’t overwork).

  3. Shape burgers
    Form into 6–8 flat patties and place on tray.

  4. Bake
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping once halfway, until cooked through and lightly golden.

  5. Optional cheese melt
    Add extra cheese on top during last 3 minutes.
