2 cups marinara sauce

1 cup vegan ricotta (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup vegan mozzarella, shredded

¼ cup nutritional yeast

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Cook pasta

Boil ziti in salted water until just al dente

Drain and set aside

Flavor the sauce

Heat olive oil, sauté garlic until fragrant

Stir in marinara, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper

In a large bowl, combine pasta, sauce, vegan ricotta, nutritional yeast
