Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients
Peanut Butter Center

1 cup natural peanut butter

ΒΌ cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1Β½ cups rolled oats or oat flour
Chocolate Coating

1Β½ cups dairy-free chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions

Mix filling: Stir peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
Add oats (or oat flour) and mix until a thick dough forms. -
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.

Chill 20β30 minutes until firm.

Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.

Dip balls into chocolate, coating fully. Return to sheet.

Chill again until chocolate sets.
